Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer FS (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrates expertise, accountability, and ownership of application code
• Mentors junior engineers and assists in their skill development
• Diagnoses and resolves system issues while proposing improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of engineering experience (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with React, JavaScript, and Ruby on Rails
• Expert-level knowledge in at least one technical area (frontend, backend, or infrastructure engineering)
• Strong influential skills for proposing and evaluating technical solutions
• Prior government contracting experience is preferred
