Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Launch Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of projects for clients from Sales hand-off to launch
• Manage client expectations and drive product adoption
• Create and manage project artifacts and track deliverables across teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing implementations for SaaS or Enterprise clients
• Understanding of APIs, HTML, and network security
• Experience configuring applications or platforms
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple Client-facing projects simultaneously
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams to ensure completion of deliverables
