Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2-5 years in a customer implementation role in healthcare SaaS
- Experience onboarding customers in an API environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of creating SOWs and project plans
- Ability to interpret customer agreements
- Must be customer-oriented with a strong focus on service
