Senior Java Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Java Engineer to join their software development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilizes up-to-date coding, testing, security, DevOps, and software engineering practices to maintain and create applications
• Collects and analyzes information to identify customer technical needs and develop implementation plans
• Responsible for the analysis, design, deployment, support, and security of technology to efficiently manage data-related assets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
• Preferred education in Computer Science
• 6 years of experience with Java and Micro Services Architecture using JSON/REST services
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipeline tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins
