A company is looking for a Senior Learning Architect, Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and operationalize a scalable GTM learning model and develop structured, role-based learning journeys
- Lead the creation and refinement of enablement collateral and ensure learning content is integrated into daily workflows
- Own the delivery and evaluation of GTM learning programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or GTM Enablement
- Proven success in building scalable learning programs that enhance GTM effectiveness
- Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional best practices
- Proficiency with enablement platforms, LMS tools, and content authoring software
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
