Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of ML engineers developing Generative AI models for Firefox
• Drive end-to-end machine learning product development, from research to deployment

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in machine learning, including 5+ years in technical management
• 5+ years of experience in building and deploying ML or Generative AI systems
• Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams
• Deep expertise in modern ML development frameworks and MLOps practices
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
