Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team responsible for IT infrastructure operations across multiple regions
• Oversee the 24x7x365 infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with industry regulations
• Implement and maintain ITIL-based processes for customer service and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, with 2 years in a management role
• Proven experience in process-oriented operations based on ITIL
• Strong technical experience in cloud environments, Microsoft technologies, and networking
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree plus specialized training
• Candidate must reside in North America with a hybrid remote work arrangement
