Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of GTM compensation design, governance, and deployment
- Create and evolve Sales Incentive Plans in collaboration with Finance and People teams
- Manage the Winner's Circle GTM recognition program with GTM Leadership
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of industry experience with 8+ years in sales compensation strategy or administration
- Experience with compensation design in SaaS or high-growth environments
- Ability to build strong relationships and present recommendations to senior leaders
- Experience in problem-solving and making data-driven decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
