Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of GTM compensation design, governance, and deployment
- Create and evolve Sales Incentive Plans in partnership with Finance and People teams
- Manage and develop the Winner's Circle GTM recognition program with GTM Leadership
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of industry experience with 8+ years in sales compensation strategy or administration
- Experience in compensation design for SaaS sales or during organizational transformation
- High level of professionalism with the ability to engage senior leaders
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
