- Lead all aspects of GTM compensation design, governance, and deployment
- Create and evolve Sales Incentive Plans in collaboration with Finance and People teams
- Manage the Winner's Circle GTM recognition program with GTM Leadership
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of industry experience, with 8+ years in sales compensation strategy or administration
- Experience in compensation design for SaaS or high-growth enterprises
- Ability to build relationships and present recommendations to senior leaders
- Proficient in leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience in navigating ambiguity and thriving in fast-paced environments
