Key Responsibilities
  • Assists in the development and implementation of solutions to achieve key business results
  • Manages and resolves escalated customer communications, concerns, conflicts, or issues
  • Responsible for human resources duties, including resource management, hiring, performance management, and talent development
Required Qualifications
  • 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 10 or more years of experience
  • Experience with Executive level presentations
  • This job has supervisory duties
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the above education requirements
