- Analyze performance metrics and drive improvements in operational efficiency and service delivery
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in workforce management, planning, and forecasting
- 2+ years of advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis and complex formulas
- 1+ years of team leadership experience
- Experience in capacity modeling or process improvement methodologies
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and MS PowerPoint
