Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support teams in workforce planning and inventory management for back-office operations
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and collaboration
• Analyze performance metrics and drive improvements in operational efficiency and service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in workforce management, planning, and forecasting
• 2+ years of advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis and complex formulas
• 1+ years of team leadership experience
• Experience in capacity modeling or process improvement methodologies
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and MS PowerPoint
