Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives for Canada & the Caribbean, managing stakeholder relationships
- Build and support a Strategic Initiatives team for the CLC region
- Develop business cases with quantitative analysis and actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field; MBA is a plus
- 10-12 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or process management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
