Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee global payroll processing and manage a team, ensuring compliance with labor and tax regulations
• Execute worldwide compensation accounting, including payroll-related journal entries and month-end close activities
• Administer Workday configurations and lead payroll-related projects to enhance system performance and data integrity

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Workday Payroll configuration and system administration
• 5+ years of compensation accounting experience, including journal entries and reconciliations
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA is a plus
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and payroll-related laws and regulations
