Senior Manager, Product Safety

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Safety Team Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and implement PST strategic priorities in collaboration with the PST Lead
• Manage multiple Product Safety Teams, enhancing meeting productivity and decision-making
• Support the PST Lead in framing safety issues, managing escalations, and driving external engagement

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in nursing, pharmacy, or related healthcare field; advanced degree preferred
• Education in biological/medical science or healthcare professional
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical experience with a strong understanding of the drug development process
• Experience in Pharmacovigilance preferred
• Able to work independently and influence stakeholders effectively
