Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Relationship Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Designs and implements strategies for growth in the employee benefits space
- Develops new programs and process improvements for successful client onboarding and marketing
- Manages client relationships and serves as the escalation point for account management issues
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience including leadership roles
- Licenses/Certifications: Must have or obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire
- Some travel required
- Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance for travel purposes
