A company is looking for a Strategic Account Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive customer service, including high volume phone and email support
- Reconcile damaged and lost shipments, processing returns and credits as necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system and address customer issues professionally
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Customer service experience preferred; veterinary clinic experience is desirable
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills required; proficiency in Word and Outlook needed
- Ability to manage stressful situations effectively
- Strong organizational skills with emphasis on maintaining accurate information
