A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Web Strategy & Optimization (CRO).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute a comprehensive web strategy that improves user engagement, increases conversion rates, and drives measurable revenue impact
- Drive a structured CRO program, maintaining a robust testing roadmap and delivering measurable improvements
- Align web initiatives with marketing, product, and revenue goals through close cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in CRO or web strategy; 2+ years in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of how websites contribute to funnel performance, customer engagement, and revenue growth
- Proven track record of running structured CRO and personalization programs at scale
- Familiarity with web analytics (GA4), experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO), and content management systems
- B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
