- Strong expertise in PLG frameworks, subscription models, and SaaS retention strategies
- Proficiency in data analytics, experimentation, and AARRR modeling
- Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, and product analytics platforms
- Deep understanding of freemium and trial conversion models in SaaS
