Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Research Specialist who is experienced in survey tools and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of surveys, including building, deploying, and analyzing results using Qualtrics and other tools
- Maintain existing surveys and troubleshoot issues while ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory standards
- Provide insights and recommendations to internal business partners based on survey results and performance metrics
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience developing surveys and dashboards in Qualtrics
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Tableau
- Knowledge of market research practices and regulatory requirements
- Experience communicating with business and technical leaders
- Desire to deepen knowledge of Qualtrics and market research trends
