Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the marketing technology roadmap aligned with business goals and marketing strategies
- Lead the development of a scalable Martech stack to support personalized customer engagement throughout the lifecycle
- Oversee the integration of Martech solutions into the broader technology ecosystem and manage the implementation of tools
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience managing MarTech stacks in global B2B organizations
- Proficiency in Hubspot and Salesforce; familiarity with Demandbase is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of Martech platforms and tools, including CRM and marketing automation
- Proven track record of implementing and managing complex marketing systems
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
