Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or content marketing
- Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience in lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture campaign development
- Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization
- SaaS or B2B experience is preferred
