- Approve and ensure quality control of agency-submitted copy for tone and accuracy

Required Qualifications
- Vocational qualification or Bachelor's Degree AND/OR 2+ years of experience in relevant fields
- 2+ years of experience working with social media for a large commercial brand
- Experience in Learning and Development or related technical roles
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Experience in copywriting and digital community management
