Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Digital Marketing to lead digital marketing operations and support census growth across a multi-site behavioral health network.
Key Responsibilities
- Define lead generation strategy and manage campaign content and performance targets
- Oversee website maintenance, SEO strategy, and paid marketing campaigns execution
- Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, analyzing performance for optimization
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in managing integrated SEO, content, PPC, and conversion rate optimization
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices and familiarity with healthcare marketing preferred
- Strong quantitative skills and exceptional project management abilities
