Senior Observability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Observability Engineer - Dynatrace to New Relic.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration project from Dynatrace to New Relic, ensuring seamless transition of monitoring capabilities
• Architect and execute the implementation of New Relic agents across various tech stacks, addressing JVM-related issues
• Collaborate with development, operations, and SRE teams to enhance observability and minimize disruption post-migration

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level monitoring solutions
• Deep expertise in Dynatrace and New Relic platforms
• Strong background in synthetic monitoring, particularly with Catchpoint
• Experience with scripting and automation using Python and JavaScript
• Familiarity with cloud services, specifically AWS, and container orchestration using Kubernetes
