Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Senior Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-up activities on accounts, including resolving uncollected balances and contacting payors or patients
• Document account actions and maintain productivity goals while assisting with training and support for team members
• Participate in special projects and compile data to address payer or account issues effectively

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 2-5 years of experience in Medical/Hospital Insurance related collections
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Minimum typing requirement of 45 wpm
• Understanding of the revenue cycle process and insurance billing terminology
