Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal and external staff audits for payroll accuracy and compliance
- Manage payroll projects and collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives
- Provide backup coverage for the Payroll Manager and assist with overflow work
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Understanding of state and Federal Payroll laws and requirements
- Thorough knowledge of Payroll Industry best practices and Fair Labor Standards Act
- Understanding of Governance best practices
- Experience with payroll systems, particularly Oracle Cloud Payroll System
