Senior Performance Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Performance Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the storage benchmarking process, including test configuration, execution, analysis, and visualization
• Optimize deployment architectures and analyze system-level performance data
• Develop automation scripts for data collection and assist in customer PoCs and hybrid cloud deployments

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in storage benchmarking with hands-on experience using FIO and familiarity with IOR, VDBench, and Elbencho
• Experience with parallel filesystems such as Lustre, GPFS, and BeeGFS
• Proficiency in querying system-level performance data, including NUMA and PCIe configurations
• Familiarity with high-performance networking technologies and network tuning
• Strong scripting and data visualization skills, preferably in Python and Grafana
