Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Data Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build secure, scalable, and reliable data pipelines and external API capabilities
• Identify opportunities for improving external developer experience and reduce time-to-market for integrations
• Grow and lead a team of engineers, mentoring and supporting their development

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing engineers, including hiring and performance reviews
• 5+ years in backend or data engineering, with experience in API design and integration platforms
• Proven ability to mentor engineers in fast-paced environments
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with product managers and designers
• Strong understanding of designing and maintaining APIs for external use
