Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define problems and design end-to-end solutions within the Copilot experience
• Design user-friendly interfaces and conduct user research to inform design decisions
• Leverage AI capabilities to enhance user flows and improve customer experiences

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in designing digital products, preferably in SaaS or B2C
• Experience with AI-driven or data-rich products, including generative AI tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction design, and visual design skills
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI design
• Proficiency in modern design tools, such as Figma
