Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer II to join their Merchant Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive discovery, framing, alignment, and quality for the Commerce experience
• Co-create a shared vision, strategy, and prioritized long-term roadmap for Commerce tools
• Collaborate with user researchers to understand customers and build effective design solutions

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering successful B2B and B2C products using industry-standard design practices
• Demonstrable ability to provide thoughtful feedback and identify efficiencies in design projects
• 3-4 high-quality design project examples showcasing craft, strategy, and storytelling
• Experience with design architecture, IA, and design systems
• Curiosity about designing with AI to enhance user problem-solving
