Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts across product areas and collaborate with product managers and engineers to create user-centered design solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive the evolution of the design system
• Mentor junior designers and present design strategies to senior leadership, ensuring alignment on major design initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in maintaining design systems for consistency across projects
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices
