Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Product Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of innovative and scalable agentic solutions throughout the product development lifecycle
• Partner with Technical and Functional Architects to design strategic product initiatives
• Represent cross-team initiatives, providing guidance and direction to collaborating teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management experience, including 2+ years delivering 0-1 products
• Experience in enterprise product management, particularly with Agentic applications
• Functional understanding of Workday architecture, including Business Process Framework and Security
• Strong analytical abilities to explore ambiguous problem spaces using data
• Consistent track record in defining business problems and collaborating with design and engineering teams
