Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Global Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive forward Global Payroll initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional business partners
• Serve as the voice of the user in discussions with design, engineers, and business partners
• Research market trends and customer needs to identify new areas for product feature development

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in Human Capital Management (HCM) products focused on payroll
• Experience conducting user research and competitive analysis
• Proficiency in using JIRA for managing backlog and writing user stories
• Strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and navigate complex problems
