A company is looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Global Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive forward Global Payroll initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional business partners
- Serve as the voice of the user in discussions with design, engineers, and business partners
- Research market trends and customer needs to identify new areas for product feature development
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in Human Capital Management (HCM) products focused on payroll
- Experience conducting user research and competitive analysis
- Proficiency in using JIRA for managing backlog and writing user stories
- Strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and navigate complex problems
