Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager - Home & Community - Senior Community Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new product initiatives and redesigns for clinical model features
• Serve as the primary product representative for the UHC Care Advantage plan
• Conduct industry research to inform product design and develop strategies in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management / Product Development experience in a complex environment
• Experience in coordinating priorities and driving progress within a large organization
• Ability to analyze data for evaluating program effectiveness
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
