Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner for large customers, engaging with executives to build confidence in products
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and pricing
• Facilitate customer pre-sales and post-sales engagement to drive product adoption and manage escalations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the Enterprise SaaS market
• 2+ years of experience in product management
• Experience in customer-facing roles to support deal closure and product adoption
• Proven ability to build systems for capturing and prioritizing customer feedback
• Strong executive presence and confidence in customer interactions
