Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Do-It-For-Me (DIFM) Experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement across DIFM offerings
• Identify and address experience gaps between customer expectations and actual service delivery
• Define success metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and scale solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with service or fulfillment-driven products
• Proven ability to translate customer insights into measurable product improvements
• Demonstrated ownership of strategy and delivery for complex, high-impact areas
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders in ambiguous environments
• A passion for customer-centricity and operational design
