Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Programs Manager to oversee complex programs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program development, planning, and execution for assigned projects within the Strategic Growth Programs portfolio
• Manage program communication and coordinate meetings, serving as a mediator among project teams and executives
• Ensure project alignment with program goals, providing oversight and transparency to project teams

Required Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience, preferably in a SaaS or software company
• Experience in the global technology industry and business process re-engineering
• Ability to present to large audiences and lead change across global teams
• Familiarity with tools such as MSFT Sharepoint, Office 365, and Asana is preferred
