Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Service Program Manager to lead services delivery work streams at strategic customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build execution plans for strategic customer programs and manage customer expectations
- Act as a "player / coach" to manage initial professional services projects and develop reusable collateral
- Collaborate with leadership, finance, and sales teams to develop pricing strategies and go-to-market plans for professional services
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in professional services leadership roles
- Experience building a professional services organization within a startup
- Experience administering a PSA tool, including configuration and resource management
- Deep understanding of finance and revenue topics related to professional services
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapid growth startup environment
