Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator - Interiors & Furniture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage quotations and procurement for commercial office furniture, ensuring pricing aligns with budgets
  • Maintain organized project documentation and facilitate communication among stakeholders
  • Support designers with material takeoffs and coordinate logistics for installations and deliveries
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • At least 5+ years of experience in project support or coordination, preferably in commercial interiors
  • Strong familiarity with U.S. commercial office furniture manufacturers and product lines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with project management software
  • Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and budgeting
