Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager, AI Data Collection to lead large-scale, multilingual data collection initiatives supporting AI model development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of a global voice data collection project across 20+ languages and dialects
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of voice talents and facilitators while ensuring compliance with requirements
• Oversee post-production workflows including editing, transcription, and metadata tagging, while tracking multi-million dollar project budgets

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in AI data collection, localization, or media production
• Proven success managing large-scale, multilingual projects with global stakeholders
• Strong understanding of data quality standards, annotation workflows, and compliance requirements
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
• Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Asana, or Smartsheet is a plus
