Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager, K-5 Core Literacy (Fixed-Term).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring compliance with project goals
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges while implementing effective solutions
• Organize and lead meetings with cross-functional teams to manage tasks and prioritize resources

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field with 8+ years of project management experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years, or a PhD with 3+ years
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies with practical experience in diverse project needs
• Proficiency in Google suite and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Workfront, and JIRA
• Experience managing third-party vendors, including writing SOWs and invoice tracking
• Understanding of print and digital production requirements and constraints
