Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex clinical studies and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and oversee the execution of clinical studies, ensuring compliance with ICH GCP and local regulations
• Manage relationships with Strategic Partners and CROs to meet project objectives and oversee budget planning
• Ensure studies are inspection-ready and prepare for regulatory inspections, including document readiness and audit follow-ups

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent; Life Sciences preferred
• 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research, including 4+ years in clinical study management
• Knowledge of global regulatory and compliance requirements for clinical research
• Demonstrated experience in project/program management and matrix leadership
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams effectively
