A company is looking for a Senior Psychometrician to oversee the technical quality of educational assessment and analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Head technical operational and research projects
• Plan, coordinate, and perform statistical reviews for projects
• Provide guidance and oversight to project staff on technical aspects of their work

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Statistics, Education Measurement, Psychometrics, or related field
• Advanced training in Psychometric research and Statistics
• At least 4 years of professional experience with assessment systems
• Ability to work effectively in a consulting environment
