Key Responsibilities
- Provide service and administrative support for complex defined contribution plan clients focusing on Money In transactions
- Review payroll/contribution files and resolve service problems related to participant inquiries
- Ensure all transactions are processed according to company and client standards, including reconciliations and participation in problem-solving sessions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of defined contribution client service experience
- Experience with OMNI 5.2 / 7.4 platform systems
- Proficiency in creating and updating Excel spreadsheets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
