Senior Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Grid Reliability Engineer - Battery Storage.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and implement controls to support compliance with NERC, PPA, ISO, and other regulatory standards
• Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify trends and potential issues affecting asset performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance asset performance and support grid reliability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in reliability engineering or asset management in the electric utility industry, preferably with BESS
• Knowledge of NERC reliability standards and experience with ISO and utility operations
• Experience in the design, operation, and maintenance of power system assets
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data for decision-making
