Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or tech leadership roles
• Strong backend experience; full-stack and Web3 experience preferred
• Expertise in blockchain technologies with a proven track record
• Ability to work remotely within the EU timezone
• Experience with Solidity or Smart Contract coding is an advantage
