A company is looking for a Senior Response Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead major incident response efforts and coordinate responder groups to resolve service and security issues
- Administer change management processes and lead CAB meetings to ensure smooth implementation
- Utilize Problem Management frameworks to address recurring high-impact issues and conduct root cause analyses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or an equivalent qualification
- 7+ years of experience in ITSM, IT Operations, or related roles
- 3+ years of experience in an incident management focused role
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM processes
- Deep understanding of business alignment and ability to thrive in a customer-focused environment
