- Managing paging tasks and performing all operator duties

- Ability to work evening shifts from 1:30 PM to 12 AM
- Familiarity with communication tools like Teams or Jabber
- Knowledge of federal, state, and hospital standards related to revenue cycle services
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
