Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage an enablement strategy and roadmap for Strategic Sales, acting as a trusted advisor to sales leadership
- Conduct business and performance gap analyses to inform enablement priorities and content requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and launch enablement programs aligned with business priorities
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in enablement, business partnering, or GTM strategy roles in a technology company
- Deep understanding of the sales process and enterprise selling skills
- Consultative approach with a proven track record of effective collaboration
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable enablement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
